Position : Bilingual Mental Health Clinician
Location : Bronx, NY
Schedule : Full-Time (40 hrs / week, 8 : 30 AM – 4 : 30 PM) or Part-Time (Flexible)

Make a real impact in the lives of older New Yorkers. We are seeking a licensed clinician to join an innovative behavioral health initiative co-located in Bronx senior centers, bringing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care directly to where it's needed most.
This role is part of the Thrive NYC initiative , in partnership with the NYC Department for the Aging (DFTA). This program meets older adults where they are, offering accessible therapy services in familiar community settings.
What You’ll Do :
- Use outreach and engagement strategies to connect older adults to mental health services
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices
- Conduct mental health screenings and develop treatment plans for older adult clients
- Deliver psychiatric social services including family therapy, psychoeducation, and case coordination
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences , program planning, and case reviews
- Complete documentation and case records using electronic health record systems (Netsmart EHR, STARS, Excel)
- Represent the program at DFTA and community events
- Maintain ongoing relationships with community resources and partner agencies

NYS license (or candidacy) as LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAT , or Clinical PsychologistFluent in both English and Spanish (read, write, speak)Strong clinical documentation and record-keeping skillsAbility to travel locally within the Bronx using public transportationPassion for working with geriatric and underserved populationsNice to Have :
Experience in geriatrics, behavioral health, or community-based settingsFamiliarity with EHR systems like NetsmartSoft Skills :
