Controller Position

Mid sized development related company in the Saratoga area is seeking a Controller due to growth and expansion. Reporting to the CFO, job duties include : preparing monthly financials for multiple entities including consolidated financials; oversight of a staff of 4; budgets and forecasts; implementing best practices and streamlining operations; intercompany transactions; work with external CPA firm and lenders; other duties as requested. Requirements Qualified candidates will have a BA in Accounting or Finance and 5-10+ years of experience at the Controller or similar level.
