Bartender

Bartender Job Purpose Provides timely, accurate, and friendly guest service. Grows sales through repeat guests, increased sales, and profitability. Ensures consistent beverage quality by preparing orders quickly and in accordance with recipes and guidelines. Assists bar and to-go guests. Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.

Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to co-workers and managers. Must be able to engage in a two-way conversation with the customer on the floor. Must have the ability to read and/or follow verbal instructions and implement the same. Must be capable of applying common sense and understanding to carry out oral and/or written instructions. Must understand and adhere to service standards.
