The Omaha office of Woods Aitken LLP is looking for an associate with 3-5 years’ experience to work in its labor and employment practice group. Qualified candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills : excellent skills in legal research and drafting of pleadings, memos, and briefs (writing sample required); excellent academic record, strong organizational and analytical abilities; demonstrated record of meeting deadlines; self-starter; interpersonal relationships and detailed oriented.
