Sample Coordinator 2

As a Sample Coordinator 2, you will follow some / all of the following duties :

• Ensure all samples in MolBioA are entered, located and tracked by established deadlines and in compliance with SOPs and regulatory agency guidelines; assuring chain of custody for all samples throughout their lifecycle.
• Perform a variety of sample accession responsibilities in compliance with appropriate SOPs, GLP / GCP requirements and regulatory guidelines, in support of operational requirements.
• Understand, this is a laboratory based role with direct responsibility for ensuring that effective and efficient material coordination and associated processes are followed for incoming and outgoing materials.

Essential Job Duties :

Sample accession core tasks, including delivery receipt, inventory, labelling, storage, disposal, shipping and client communication.

Experience / Education :

Computer skills to include : Outlook, Word and Excel (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Understanding of health and safety policies, company policies and procedures and an understanding of GxP.

Ability to communicate effectively at all levels, with other Labcorp employees, as well as external clients, suppliers etc.

should ideally hold a degree in a relevant scientific subject and / or experience of studying and / or working in a scientific field.

Pay Range : $20 - $23 hourly
