DWO Project Manager / Coordinator
We are looking for a DWO Project Manager / Coordinator who has the proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. You have strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. You have the ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and utilize a keen attention to detail. As the DWO Project Manager / Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the team to help support and deliver critical workstreams. You will partner with our project / program managers, workstream leads, analysts, and leadership team to deliver results.
As a Project Manager / Coordinator, you will be responsible for helping to coordinate activities and administrative tasks for the team while leading a designated project. Core responsibilities include :
Lead designated project by :
Determine and define project scope and objectives
Build detailed timeline and resource needs to drive work to completion
Provide consistent project updates to various stakeholders on strategy, adjustments, and progress
Manage changes against project schedule and identify impact on the other program workstreams
Assist with holistic DWO program by :
Facilitation of project work with oversight from project / program manager
Help build schedules and maintain critical meeting invites
Assists with the collection and creation of key project / program artifacts
Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings
Help support communication activities such as : presentation materials, status reports, project trackers
Create high quality graphic and text Powerpoint presentations
Maintain ongoing reports, shared drives, and Share Point sites
Successfully manage dependencies and constraints
Build partnerships across organizational, departmental, and geographical boundaries
Key skills :
Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and appropriate handle highly confidential and sensitive information
Strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication
Ability to take initiative, follow-through on requests until completion, and ensure attention to detail
Experience creating high-quality presentations utilizing PowerPoint and excel is strongly preferred
Strong Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency
Positive team player who seeks the collective success of the team
Exceptional collaboration, listening, written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working in a very fast-paced, results-oriented environment
Ability to solve problems creatively
Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Communication, or related field preferred
5+ years professional experience or 2 years additional relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree
Proven experience organizing complex work
Experience working with many cross functional teams
Experience working on global projects is a plus
