Job descriptionMust be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures and extractions within the scope of a general dentist. 1 year experience provide a full range of general dental services DDS or DMD degree Active Florida Dental License Ability to speak and understand English Must have an active Florida Dental License, in good standing. DDS or DMD degree Must be FULLY ENROLLED as a Florida Medicaid Provider Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance Experience providing comprehensive dental exams Experience performing preventive services Experience with restorations Experience with removable complete and partial dentures Experience performing extractions Experience using EagleSoft Electronic Oral Heal Record
