Summary

As a Master Mechanic at Car City Complete, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicle issues. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation for exceptional service and reliability in the automotive industry.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform repairs on various vehicle systems including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
• Utilize an ohmmeter to test electrical components and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and inspections.
• Maintain accurate records of repairs and services performed on each vehicle.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding vehicles' needs and repair options.
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment in the shop.

Qualifications

• ASE and State Mechanic certifications.
• Proven experience as a mechanic within the automotive industry.
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and repair techniques.
• Ability to use diagnostic tools effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiar with Mitchell 1 software preferred.
