We’re seeking a dedicated Help Desk Technician to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for technology and exceptional problem-solving skills, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to technical support requests
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT systems
  • Offer training on software applications
  • Document support requests and resolutions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
  • Participate in after-hours support as needed

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate’s degree preferred
  • Proven experience in IT support roles
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networks
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible availability for evening and weekend shifts
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand or sit for long periods
