The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience managing multi-billion-dollar turnkey data center projects, a deep understanding of complex infrastructure delivery, and the ability to navigate high-value stakeholder relationships across development, operations, finance, and client organizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage general contractors, consultants, and vendors, ensuring alignment with project goals and contractual requirements.
  • Lead contract negotiations, change management, and claims resolution, coordinating with legal, finance, and executive teams.
  • Review, approve, and monitor project schedules, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • Develop and mentor high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and succession planning within the construction organization.
  • Act as the primary executive interface for client, partner, and investor relationships, ensuring strategic alignment and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams — including Design, Strategy, Sales Engineering, Environmental Health & Safety, Finance, and Operations — to support seamless project execution.
  • Present project updates, analysis, and strategic insights to the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 15 years’ experience in data center, mission-critical, or large-scale industrial construction, including sitework, utilities, core and shell, and fit-out delivery.
  • Proven experience delivering $1B+ programs or multi-site developments with complex stakeholder involvement.
  • Strong command of construction contracts, schedules, budgets, value engineering, and risk management.
  • Deep technical understanding of data center construction, including OFCI / CFCI equipment, procurement logistics, and owner-direct vendor management .
  • Advanced financial acumen and capability to manage project P&L, forecasts, and capital reporting.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of building trust and credibility across executive and operational levels.
  • Strong negotiation and client-facing skills, with the ability to influence and manage expectations under high-pressure conditions.
