Maintenance Technician

Overview

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of maintenance tasks to ensure that the building, equipment, and systems are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role includes troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and other systems within the facility. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with other team members to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities :

Preventive Maintenance :

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities.
• Inspect and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other mechanical systems to ensure optimal operation.
• Monitor and maintain building safety systems, including fire alarms and sprinkler systems.
