Family Practice / Primary Care Physician Assistant

At SSM Health, we are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services. Our Southern Illinois Medical Group is actively seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our fast-paced Express Clinics in Mt. Vernon and Centralia IL!

Minimum Qualifications :

• Graduate of nationally accredited Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) Program
• Must have two (2) years of NP or PA experience specifically in urgent care, occupational medicine or primary care
• Current PA / NP licensure in State of Illinois
