New hires must obtain current BCLS certification within one month of hire.\n\nExperience : This role serves as the foundational description for all RNs, encouraging advancement through the SPIRE clinical development program.\n\nLicensure : Must hold an active RN license in Connecticut; clinical specialty certification is highly encouraged.\n\nSpecial Skills : All RNs are motivated to enter the SPIRE clinical advancement program.\n\nPhysical Demands : The position requires prolonged standing, walking, and the use of sight, hearing, and touch, with potential exposure to infectious diseases and varying patient conditions.
