Job Description
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
Run shifts efficiently, ensuring timely order preparation and delivery
Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately
Interact with customers to resolve issues and maintain high satisfaction levels
Assist in training and developing new team members
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Answer phones and process customer orders
Collaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and procedures
Contribute to inventory management and stock control
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food service environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent customer service orientation with a friendly and positive attitude
Proficiency in math and problem-solving
Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a high-pressure environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Food safety certification (preferred)
