Job Title : Evening RN – Deliver Care with Purpose and Presence

Location : Elmore Assisted Living – Elmore, MN

Schedule : Full-Time | Evening Shift | Every Other Weekend + Rotating On-Call

Pay : $35 – $50 / hour

Weekend Shift Differential : + $1.00 / hour on weekends

What You'll Do :

• Lead evening care planning, nursing support, and medication oversight
• Complete clinical assessments and keep detailed, accurate documentation
• Manage chronic conditions and respond to residents’ changing needs
• Collaborate with families, staff, and providers to personalize care
• Keep loved ones in the loop with timely, respectful communication
• Respond confidently to health concerns and emergencies during your shift
• Deliver hospitality-focused care that puts residents first
