Position Summary :

IEC is looking for an energetic, skilled Leasing Consultant to be responsible for leasing activities at our 147-unit apartment community located in Woodland Hills, California.

Job Duties :

  • Strong leasing and marketing efforts
  • Assist in scheduling and conducting lease signing meetings and move-ins.
  • Complete administrative and lease-related data entries in the property management system (YARDI)
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents.
  • Provide reports and other systems data to support leasing and marketing efforts as required.

Job Requirements :

  • One to three years of multi-family leasing experience
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing laws
  • Ability to take direction yet be self-motivated.
  • Be a team player, possess accountability, and be in alignment with company culture.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate with Yardi proficiency
  • Good organizational skills
  • Must be available to work weekend hours.

    • Education Requirements :

  • High School diploma or equivalent and professional knowledge of business discipline

    • Schedule :

    Saturday, Sunday and Monday 9 : 00am – 6 : 00pm
