- 7 : 30 A.M – 5 : 00 P.M; some weekends and evenings

- $28 - $35 based on experience, hourly
- Job Description :
Commercial HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience. The Commercial Service Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of HVAC commercial systems utilizing their knowledge of refrigeration theory, electrical schematics, pneumatics and electronic control systems, pipe fitting, welding / brazing and mechanical layouts.
Requirements :Minimum 3 years of HVAC service experienceAssociate degree, HVAC trade school certification or 5-year apprenticeship programValid driver's licenseNo DUI, DUID or DWAI convictions in the past 36 months.EPA Approved Universal Technician CertificationLow Voltage Electrical Certification preferredAdvanced Controls (DDC or equivalent) Experience preferred.Can successfully pass a criminal background check and drug testAble to climb ladders and abide by all safety rules and expectationsAble to lift, twist, bend with no physical or medical restrictionsDemonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles.Demonstrate advanced customer service skills and have ability to communicate clearly, idea's and explanations of problems to residential and commercial customers and coworkersNate Core CertificationUnderstand and communicate benefits of preventative maintenance.General Responsibilities :Arrive at jobsite at scheduled time and location as dispatchedRelocate from one jobsite to another jobsite as dispatched during the workdayReport to dispatcher when arriving and leaving jobsiteOperate company vehicle as needed.Follow instructions from supervisor and / or dispatcher and carry out in timely mannerReport problems with company tools or vehicle promptlyComplete service repairs as approved by customer.
