Our client is a well-respected South Florida-based General Contractor with a strong portfolio of luxury and market-rate multifamily high-rises. Known for delivering projects on time and within budget, they prioritize quality, safety, and strong client relationships. With multiple ongoing and upcoming developments in the Miami area, they offer stability and a clear path for professional growth.

Lead all phases of high-rise multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through close-out.

Collaborate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and owners to drive schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Manage project documentation, including contracts, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.

Oversee procurement efforts, vendor relationships, and subcontractor performance.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company procedures.

Conduct regular site visits, manage project timelines, and coordinate inspections.

Prepare and deliver weekly / monthly reporting to ownership and executive leadership.

Minimum 5-8 years of experience managing high-rise multifamily construction projects ($50M+).

Proven track record with ground-up vertical developments of 15+ stories.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Proficient in project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Competitive base salary ranging from $130,000 to $160,000, depending on experience.
