What You’ll Do as a Home Caregiver :

Provide safety and support to someone who needs a helping hand :

Mobility assistance

Meal preparation

Personal hygiene (such as toileting, bathing, and grooming)

Dressing

Medication reminders

Light house cleaning

Running errands

Companionship and social interaction

Pay and Benefits for Caregivers :

Our Caregivers are the heart of our business. Without you, we couldn’t build meaningful relationships with our clients, put a smile on their face or be the highlight of their day.

In taking this position as a Caregiver, you would receive :

Competitive pay ($19-$23.00 an hour, pay based on type of shift)

Flexible schedule (shifts can be chosen to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts)

Weekly paychecks

Paid training

Paid travel time in between clients and paid mileage

Overtime pay for long shifts and holidays

Mobile clock in / out

Ongoing training and development

Training and reference materials available online or in the office

On-the-job training for unique client situations

Support from local Care Coordinators

You currently live in or near Marin, Sonoma, or Napa counties.

You are legally authorized to work in the United States.

You have a valid drivers license.

You have valid vehicle insurance.

You are open to undergoing a criminal background check as required by the state of California to register as a Home Care Aide - we can help with the process
