We have a great opportunity for a talented Manufacturing Engineer to be based in West Palm Beach, Florida.

The Pratt & Whitney Hot Section Module Center Manufacturing Engineering Organization is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the production of military hardware in our Special Technologies Unit.

Responsibilities :

• PFMEA and Control Plan creation
• Develop processes for new product introductions and development parts and collaborate with design engineering and IPT
• Implementation of new capital equipment from specification to production
• Help create and maintain shop floor work instructions
• First Article Inspection and control of manufacturing software
• Identify & implement shop floor process optimization & control methods
• Track, compile, and analyze data to understand process capability
• Participate and implement Customer Oriented Results & Excellence (CORE) initiatives
• Significant interaction with the hourly work force, tool designers, QE's, Integrated Product Teams, systems designers, Information Systems, and program assembly partners
• Provide focused & effective leadership in eliminating EH&S / Ergonomics / Human Factor risks

The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
