A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage key HR operations and enhance employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Process multi-state US payroll and ensure compliance with payroll data and records
Administer employee benefits and maintain accurate HR records and documentation
Coordinate employee onboarding and serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries
Required Qualifications
5+ years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience processing multi-state U.S. payroll
Experience administering employee benefits programs
Familiarity with automation tools, macros, or AI in HR operations
U.S. based and authorized to work in the U.S
