Director Of Marketing
Reporting to the Director of External Affairs, the Director of Marketing will provide marketing leadership and strategy that align with business goals. The Director will oversee the daily operations of the creative team within the Communications Department, working closely with the Deputy Communications Director.
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively position NYSIF as a competitive force in the marketplace and an industry leader in price, quality, and customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant field and a minimum of 7 years of executive-level experience in customer / client relations, marketing, and / or public relations.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage projects from inception to go-live.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Excellent track record of leadership and supervisory experience.
Significant writing and editing experience, with excellent grasp of grammar and creating content for websites.
Demonstrated leadership as part of a marketing and communications team.
