We are looking to expand our team with a talented and experienced ASE Certified Master Mechanic to join our service department.

Job Overview : As a Highline Dealer ASE Certified Master Mechanic at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership, you will be responsible for performing advanced diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on luxury vehicles. You will work with state-of-the-art tools and technologies to deliver top-tier service while adhering to the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostics and repairs on Jaguar and Land Rover vehicles, ensuring all work is completed to manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
• Provide expert-level service on complex mechanical and electrical systems, including engines, transmissions, suspensions, and more.
• Utilize manufacturer-specific diagnostic equipment and technology to diagnose vehicle issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid exchanges.
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors to provide accurate and clear estimates, and ensure that the necessary parts and materials are available.
• Keep accurate records of services performed, time spent, and parts used.
• Stay current with updates, recalls, and service bulletins related to Jaguar Land Rover vehicles.
• Mentor and assist junior technicians, offering guidance on complex repairs and troubleshooting.
• Adhere to dealership policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment and maintaining high levels of professionalism.
