Hospitalist Position Details : Average Daily Census : Hospitalists manage an average daily census of 25 patients, ensuring comprehensive care and attention to individual patient needs. Intensive Care Unit : The facility boasts a 9-bed ICU, with plans to expand to 15 beds in April, providing critical care services to patients requiring intensive monitoring and treatment. Emergency Department : Collaborate with the emergency department team in a Level Three Trauma Center, managing a 20,000 annual ED volume across 16 ED beds. Telehealth Coverage : Hospitalists provide 12 hours of telehealth nocturnist coverage, ensuring continuous care and support for patients during overnight hours. Shift Schedule : Enjoy a 7 on 7 off rotation with 24-hour shifts, providing flexibility and work-life balance for physicians.
