Position Details : This Comfort Consultant role is designed for a versatile sales professional who can confidently navigate both the residential and commercial sides of the business. You'll blend in-home consultations with B2B outreach, leveraging your commercial sales experience to build strong business relationships while also helping homeowners choose the right comfort solutions.
Responsibilities :
Conducts in-home and commercial sales consultations to assess comfort needs and preferencesRecommending products and solutions tailored to the customer's goals and budgetBuilding rapport and trust through professionalism, empathy, and clear communicationPreparing detailed proposals with pricing and financing optionsAddressing customer questions and concerns confidentlyRecording client interactions and progress in CRM systemsCollaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth project executionStaying up to date on products, technology, and industry best practicesRequirements :
