Senior Full Stack Engineer - Vue / Node

About the Role

A mission-driven organization operating at the intersection of tech and care services is looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join its growing engineering team. In this role, you'll help build and maintain internal platforms that support a distributed, service-oriented workforce making a real impact in peoples lives.

Were looking for someone with strong experience in Vue.js , TypeScript , and Node.js who enjoys writing clean, scalable code and contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team. Youll work on meaningful projects that improve operational efficiency and support mission-critical workflows.

What Youll Do

Build and maintain responsive, accessible front-end interfaces using Vue.js and TypeScript

Design and implement scalable back-end APIs and services in Node.js

Work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality features

Improve application performance, reliability, and maintainability

Participate in peer code reviews and share knowledge with the team

Contribute to long-term architecture and technical decisions as the platform evolves

What Were Looking For

3+ years of professional experience as a full stack engineer

Strong proficiency with Vue.js , TypeScript , and Node.js

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and cloud-based architectures

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

A self-starter mindset, capable of working independently in a remote environment

Passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code

Nice to Have

Experience working in healthcare, compliance-heavy, or service-based domains

Familiarity with CI / CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools

Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices
