Job Title : Information Systems Analyst

Location-Type : Hybrid (3 days / week onsite in Miami)

Duration : 1 year (contract)

Compensation Range : $45-$55 / hr

Job Description :

Support end-user hardware, software, and infrastructure across global IT environments by delivering hands-on and remote support, automation, and documentation for the Corporate IT team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

Troubleshoot and support end-user hardware (laptops, printers), conference room tech, and AV issues

Maintain IT asset inventory and automate processes using PowerShell

Provide training and documentation to lower-tier support teams

Assist higher-tier teams with infrastructure setup and support

Support regional offices and remote staff provisioning / deprovisioning

Stay up-to-date on IT tools and contribute to continuous improvement

Travel up to 5% to local office sites as needed

Lift equipment up to 50 lbs as part of hands-on support

Requirements : Must-Haves :

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 years in customer-facing IT support roles

3 years supporting Microsoft end-user technologies (Windows, Office, etc.)

Proficiency with PowerShell scripting

Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal communication skills

Nice-to-Haves :

Experience with infrastructure (servers, networking equipment)

Familiarity with ITSM platforms, especially ServiceNow

ITIL certification

Spanish-speaking ability
