As a security officer in Concord, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as logistics and distribution. As an unarmed patrol officer, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintain order. By conducting routine patrols and remaining highly visible, you will support a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your exceptional customer service and communication skills will be essential as you interact with people throughout the site. What You'll Do
Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sitesSupport operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and educationReceive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teamsDeliver consistent, professional security presence and customer serviceBe ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs ariseResponsibilities
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution location, including both internal and external areas, to help to deter inappropriate activity and / or unauthorized access.Monitor for any unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to company protocols.Assist with access control and verification of credentials for personnel entering or exiting the premises.Support Allied Universal and client staff during incidents by maintaining clear communication and documenting relevant information.Remain visible and approachable to assist employees, visitors, and contractors as needed while on patrol.What We're Looking For
