SUMMARY :

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for handling the full-cycle recruitment for a variety of complex and / or specialized talent needs with limited oversight. Accountable for effectively building relationships with HR Business Partners, hiring managers and key stakeholders to assess current and future talent needs. Develop and implements creative recruiting solutions that support Premier Medical Resources' mission to deliver the highest quality results and top talent to the business it supports.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Job Requisition

• Provides advice to hiring managers on relevant processes / procedures for creating job requisitions, posting vacancies, and preparing for recruitment.
• Review all job requisition information for accuracy, completeness, and appropriate approvals.
• Obtain position job description and verify content with HRIS Analyst.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements as well as formulating and delivering appropriate sourcing search strategies based on these requirements.
