Communication Specialist Product Job at RGBSI in Dearborn

Position Description :

• Assist communications & training team with all items related to I-ERP communications, engagements and training, including (but not limited to) :
• Creation of communication strategies and plans
• Global end-user engagement strategies
• Tracking and metrics
• Development of internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional counterparts
• Development of internal communications for leadership
• Review and refinement of content developed by the team
• Lead and develop scripting and logistics of the Ted Talks podcast and I-ERP Minute podcasts
• Input to Corporate engagement strategies
• Input to external (and public) communication strategies
• Support the team to deliver impactful and inspiring content with an element of storytelling
• Training :

Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum for various IERP courses
