Production Scheduler

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Scheduler to join our operations team. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects and materials. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, procurement, and field teams to align resources and timelines, helping to keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on project timelines, resource availability, and material delivery dates.
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Monitor progress of production activities and adjust schedules to accommodate changes or delays.
• Communicate schedule updates to internal teams including project managers, field supervisors, and leadership.
• Identify potential bottlenecks or conflicts and proactively recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of production timelines, changes, and completed tasks.
• Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to align external timelines with internal schedules.
• Support reporting and forecasting efforts related to production capacity and resource planning.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
