Job Summary : The Production Supervisor is tasked with overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards while maintaining productivity metrics. This role involves monitoring employee performance, conducting annual performance reviews, and implementing corrective actions as needed. The supervisor is responsible for addressing safety infractions, ensuring accurate timekeeping entries in Kronos, and providing training and mentorship to team members. Additionally, the Production Supervisor collaborates with quality assurance and engineering teams to resolve issues, supports the Lean Flex Flow Process, and actively participates in quarterly supervisor meetings to drive continuous improvement within the production environment.
