On our team, you will work with clients in North East / North Central Wisconsin. Duties and Responsibilities include : working directly with the agents to process new business, working with existing customer base to process renewals and help agents retain the book of business, this includes contacting customers prior to renewal to discuss premium changes and options, obtaining insurance licenses for all lines of business : property, casualty, life, and health insurances, and assisting customers with changes to their policies and making payments for customers.
