Job descriptionPresent apartment to prospective clients in a persuasive manner. Evaluate clients’ requirements and financial prosperity to make personalized presentations. Validate application information and references. Negotiate leasing terms and complete agreements. Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically. Attractive salary and bonuses.
