Sr Financial Analyst
Your main responsibilities
PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW :
o Intercompany transactions including invoice entry and clearing.
o Materials' variance analysis (price & usage).
o Inventory cycle count and corresponding adjustments support analysis.
o Quality cost analysis
o Capital spending update reports.
o Productivity and headcount reports
o Financial assessment of risks via account reconciliation and variance analysis. Including GR / IR account.
o Support month end closing activities as needed.
o Interact and collaborate with other departments to drive execution of action plans and objectives' achievement.
o Look for opportunities to standardize and improve reports across locations / businesses.

What you bring
EDUCATION :
Bachelor's degree majoring in Finance or Accounting.
Other Special Requirements :
CPA andSix Sigma (preferred)
FUNCTIONAL / TECHNICAL EXPERTISE (3 to 5 years) :
1. Finance in manufacturing environment is preferred
2. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results
3. Highly developed communication skills, verbal, written, interpersonal & presentation
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to quickly access and understand trends, circumstances, and root causes. Pro-actively proposes solutions
5. Hard-working and self-motivated work style
6. Focused on team play and team engagement
7. Ability to go into details but keeping oversight about what really matters
