Quality Assurance Technician
Our client is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to help ensure that every product leaving the facility meets the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship. This position plays an essential role in maintaining consistency, identifying defects, and collaborating with production teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
11 : 45 am - 9 : 00 pm Monday - Friday. (Saturdays on occasion)
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-process and final inspections on components and finished products.
- Use measurement tools and visual inspection techniques to verify product quality.
- Ensure products meet company specifications, customer expectations, and industry standards.
- Record inspection results accurately and maintain documentation for traceability.
- Identify, document, and report any non-conformities, working with the appropriate teams to implement corrective actions.
- Maintain quality control records, including inspection checklists and corrective action reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production and quality processes.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.1–3 years of experience in quality assurance or manufacturing, preferably in a production or assembly environment.Familiarity with quality control tools, inspection techniques, and measurement equipment (calipers, tape measures, etc.).Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify defects or deviations from standards.Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials.Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Basic computer proficiency for data entry and reporting (Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, etc.).Apply Online @ Nescoresource.com then call us for next steps. 863-294-1888
