Job Summary
We’re seeking a seasoned PR & Influencer Marketing Manager with a deep understanding of biotech, GLP-1 therapeutics, and proactive health innovation to lead Brello Health’s public relations and partnership initiatives. This individual will shape how the world sees our brand—through strategic storytelling, influencer collaboration, and integrated PR campaigns that elevate Brello’s position as a leader in the modern health and telewellness space.
You’ll collaborate closely with our content, clinical, and marketing teams to amplify awareness, drive engagement, and build credibility through press features, digital campaigns, and key opinion leader partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR strategies to increase media visibility across health, biotech, and wellness verticals.
- Lead influencer marketing campaigns that align with Brello’s brand values, scientific credibility, and community-driven approach.
- Build and maintain media relationships with journalists, health editors, podcast hosts, and biotech trade publications.
- Create and distribute press and media kits tailored for influencers, journalists, and brand partners.
- Negotiate and manage partnership deals with influencers, thought leaders, and co-branded health companies.
- Coordinate product and content launches with integrated PR pushes and digital campaigns.
- Monitor and report campaign performance, providing insights on ROI, engagement, and brand lift.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, content, and medical teams to ensure message accuracy and brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of biotech and GLP-1 trends, ensuring Brello’s public narrative reflects industry leadership and innovation.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldMinimum of 5–10 years of experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand communications.Proven track record in healthtech, biotech, GLP-1, or proactive wellness industries.Strong network of media and influencer relationships in the health and lifestyle sectors.Demonstrated success in building brand awareness through strategic PR campaigns and partnerships.Medium to expert-level knowledge of Canva for creating and editing professional-quality designs.Must have experience utilizing all Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Skilled in press kit creation, influencer briefing decks, and partnership proposals.Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business AdministrationFamiliarity with telehealth, longevity medicine, and metabolic health trends.Experience managing multi-platform influencer campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Podcasts).Background in brand storytelling across both consumer and scientific audiences.Physical Requirements
