Key Responsibilities
Drive performance excellence and ensure repair facilities meet high standards
Manage complex claims and provide strategic feedback to support business objectives
Mentor and coach team members to foster continuous improvement and professional development
Required Qualifications
18 months or more experience writing auto collision estimates
Experience using an auto estimating program, such as CCC One
Prior experience in an insurance preferred shop or as an auto damage adjuster
Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and repair processes
Preference for candidates in the Central or Eastern Time Zones
