Job descriptionBuild and maintain relationships with local community organizations, schools, and nonprofit partners Coordinate grand opening events, community appreciation initiatives, and local sponsorship opportunities Develop grassroots marketing campaigns that align with HRG's community-focused values Support "School Box Nights" and local fundraising programs Execute new product launches and limited-time offers at the local level Coordinate seasonal marketing campaigns and promotional events Manage development and distribution of location-specific marketing materials and POP displays Ensure brand compliance across all local marketing initiatives Provide marketing guidance and training to General Managers and store teams Conduct webinars and training sessions on local marketing best practices Create resource materials and toolkits for effective local marketing execution Serve as primary marketing liaison between corporate office and field operations Track and analyze local marketing ROI and campaign effectiveness Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for leadership team Monitor local market trends and provide strategic recommendations Maintain accurate records of marketing activities and budget utilization Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, preferred 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in QSR, franchise, or multi-unit restaurant environment Proven track record of successful local marketing campaign execution Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring ROI Strong understanding of franchise business model and local marketing dynamics Sales acumen with ability to identify and convert business development opportunities Experience in B2B relationship building and partnership development Excellent project management and organizational skills Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and MS Office Suite Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities Results-driven mindset with focus on revenue generation and market growth Self-motivated with entrepreneurial mindset aligned with HRG's "think like an owner" philosophy Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Passion for community engagement and local market development Previous franchise or multi-unit restaurant marketing experience Sales or business development background with proven track record of partnership cultivation Knowledge of Marco's Pizza brand and QSR industry Experience with local digital marketing, social media management, and event coordination Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant operations Established network of community contacts in target markets Experience in corporate sales, catering sales, or B2B relationship management Travel required up to 75% of time to visit store locations across 16-state territory Overnight travel may be required for grand openings, training sessions, and market visits Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holiday pay 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Employee meal discounts at all Marco's Pizza locations Clear career advancement pathways within expanding organization Growth Opportunity : Join the largest Marco's Pizza franchisee during rapid expansion phase Career Development : Clear promotion pathways with emphasis on internal advancement Community Impact : Make meaningful difference in local communities across 16 states Industry Recognition : Be part of an award-winning marketing team driving franchise success
Field Marketing Manager

Position Summary
The Field Marketing Manager will drive community engagement and local marketing initiatives across our expanding portfolio of Marco's Pizza locations. This role serves as the critical bridge between corporate marketing strategy and individual store execution, ensuring each location maximizes its local market potential while maintaining brand consistency.

- Develop and implement comprehensive local store marketing plans for 120+ locations across 16 states
- Collaborate with General Managers and District Managers to identify market-specific opportunities
- Analyze local market data and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions
