Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
HealthCare Recruiters International (HCRI) seeks a full?time RBT to support a self?contained classroom of eight neurodivergent students (ages 57) with complex behavioral and medical needs. The RBT will work closely with the BCBA, teaching staff, and interdisciplinary team to deliver structured behavioral support in a school?based setting.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized BIPs under BCBA supervision
- Deliver 1 : 1 and group behavior support during instruction, transitions, and daily routines
- Accurately collect and document behavioral data and student progress
- Assist in preparing visual supports, reinforcement tools, and safety materials
- Participate in student observation, data reporting, and goal tracking
- Model behavioral strategies for paraprofessional and teaching staff as needed
- Collaborate closely with BCBA, RN, OT, PT, classroom teachers, and paraprofessionals
- Show up fully engaged, ready to support school?wide and classroom?based success
Requirements
