A company is looking for a Contracts Coordinator to manage the daily contract lifecycle and support the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end workflow of designated contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and execution
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external customers to finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) and other agreements
Maintain accurate contract data in CRM and assist with process improvement and compliance initiatives
Required Qualifications
Experience in a contracts-focused role or formal legal education
Knowledge of the digital analytics or professional services industry
Proficiency in the redlining and negotiation process
Strong business acumen and organizational skills
Experience with a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system is a bonus
