Key Responsibilities
Collect and verify patient documentation and insurance eligibility
Ensure prior authorization for medical services is completed and confirmed
Collaborate with healthcare professionals and third-party payers on appeals and referrals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; post-secondary education is beneficial
Minimum of two years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting
Understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes
Proficiency in using office equipment and computers
