Role Description We are

seeking a compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in supporting individuals facing mental health challenges by providing assessments, therapeutic support for individuals with a trauma based history, and crisis intervention strategies within the context of a trauma-informed care framework. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, empathy, a commitment to person-centered support and promoting mental wellness. Also will be able to work as part of a team to stabilize individuals with more complex mental health needs which includes but is not limited to therapeutic support via trauma-informed care models, crisis intervention and mentoring of existing and newly hired staff

• Follow all treatment and behavior programs as outlined by clinician
• Thoroughly document client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in case consultations and treatment team meetings
• Assist with the development of habilitative and therapeutic goals
• Maintain clear and professional communication with individuals, supervisors, and team

members to ensure consistency and quality of care
