Kohler\nCompany, the #1 rated consumer brand in plumbing manufacturing is looking for\nSales Executives for their Walk-in-Bath and Showers teams.  This is a\nnewly created team where you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our\nend consumers and bring their bath & shower space vision to life!

As a\nDesign Sales Consultant – In Home, Kohler Services, you will be responsible for\nconsumer facing sales presentations using approved sales and design methods\nwhile in the client’s home. Appointments are pre-set, qualified and specific to\nKOHLER brand products. Protection of the KOHLER brand by following approved\nsales processes and high standards of conduct is a must.

Specific Responsibilities

• Timely arrival to issued confirmed appointments using\ntrained and approved sales and design methods with the goal of earning a\ncontract at the conclusion of the sales presentation.
• Thorough understanding and effective execution of sales methods and policies\nresulting in timely documentation of appointment results, accurate\nsales paperwork (both digital and paper) and communication with Sales\nManagement.
• Proper management of all legal documents and customer deposits, including\ndelivery to the office in a timely manner.
• Maintain all aspects of contact with potential customers as established in\nCompany Guidelines. This includes but not limited to, personal appearance,\nsales tools and automobiles. The KOHLER name and brand is associated with\nexcellence and all associates are responsible for maintaining the reputation of\nKOHLER.
• Utilize all training resources and participate in regular coaching to meet or\nexceed agreed upon sales plan.
• Commitment to excellence in all aspects will be rewarded through an uncapped compensation\npackage.
