Job descriptionPerform physical therapy consultant services on site clients / patients Assess and evaluate client's condition in order to develop a physical therapy treatment plan based upon a physician's request Review clients treatment goals, treatment and medical history Perform and interpret standard muscle, nerve, joint and functional ability tests Administer appropriate physical therapy treatment when indicated Prepare documentation of assessment, evaluation, delivery of treatment services and patient progress for client's medical record Conduct a brace / shoe clinic as needed, nerve, joint and functional ability tests Administer appropriate physical therapy treatment when indicated Prepare documentation of assessment, evaluation, delivery of treatment services and patient progress for client's medical record 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience in a Clinical setting
