We're looking for an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep production running safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Lead and support a maintenance team

Install, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and facility systems

Troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime

Perform routine preventative maintenance

Read / interprete engineering blueprints

Fabricate parts for repairs and upgrades

Maintain LOTO, safety, and ISO documentation

Manage inventory, order parts, and coordinate with vendors

Partner with production and quality teams to ensure smooth operations

What We're Looking For

Degree or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or related field

Hands-on experience in industrial maintenance

Strong mechanical / electrical troubleshooting skills

Familiarity with OSHA safety standards

Ability to lead, coach, and train team members

Welding experience a plus (not required)

Comfortable with high / low voltage basics

Strong communication and time-management skills
