LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE SOCIAL WORKER

EFFECTIVE : November 6th, 2025 (Approximately 8 weeks) LOCATION : Baldwin Middle School REPORTS TO : Building Administrators, Director of Pupil Services RESPONSIBILITIES :

Implement and manage mandated counseling cases

Implement and manage school-wide non-mandated counseling groups

Assist with implementation of the school's Social-Emotional Learning Program

Assist with annual review meetings / process

Participate in building-level Response to Intervention meetings

Ability to follow district protocol when reporting to Child Protective Services

Job Qualifications

• Must hold current NYS certification as a Social Worker
