Job description

ACCOUNTANT - FINANCE

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform closing procedures related to Aultman Health Foundation and any of its affiliated organizations
  • Responsible for analysis of financial data trends and indicators for organization decision making
  • Assist with tax research and deadlines
  • Assist in coordination with external consultants in preparation of tax returns
  • Participate in team projects related to the strategic goals of the organization
  • Assist with regulatory requirements related to Tax, Audit, Cost Reporting or Health Care Reform
  • Work collaboratively with co-workers and other departments

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills both verbal and written
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting required
  • CPA license is a plus
