Mon-Fri : 8am-5pm, approx. 40 hours / week
Together with a full complement of
highly trained surgical and medical subspecialists, a medical
oncologists on campus, and a strong referral base of primary-care
physicians, this opportunity will allow you to thrive in your
career while being a part of a Mission-driven organization designed

The radiation oncologist will be expected to utilize all radiation
modalities including IMRT, SRS, SBRT, VMAT and HDR brachytherapy
while working with a multi-disciplinary team managing adult
malignancies. Working within an academic setting is also an option.
Current equipment within SSM Health includes Varian TrueBeam
linacs, CyberKnife, GE CT simulator with wide bore and 4D
capability, Nucletron HDR remote after loader, Eclipse, ARIA, and
Epic EMR.
Physics staff is highly experienced
with brachytherapy planning. The position requires close
collaboration with several active academic in-house gynecologic
oncologists. Gynecologic brachytherapy device placement is
performed in the OR in conjunction with the gynecologic oncology
team.

Compensation for this role is based on a variety of factors
including relevant experience, medical specialty, labor market, and
other qualifications. The posted pay range for this position is
what SSM Health reasonably expects, in good faith, to offer based
on the circumstances at the time of posting. This position may also
be eligible for incentive pay. SSM Health may ultimately pay more
or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
