A company is looking for a Senior RevOps Specialist (Customer Success Operations).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the secondary technical admin for the Customer Success Platform (CSP), Planhat, providing user enablement and support
Assist in capacity planning, account assignments, and compensation plan management for Customer Success teams
Ensure data synchronization between Planhat and Salesforce and make necessary updates to the integration
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or Customer Success Ops roles at tech companies with 25-500 employees
2+ years of experience as an admin or heavily involved user of a CSP (e.g., Planhat, Gainsight) or CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Proficiency with common software tools used by B2B customer-facing teams (e.g., Zendesk, Gong, Google Workspace)
Proficiency in Excel and / or Google Sheets for data analysis
